Nature thrives in magnificent variation—from the smallest creature navigating the undergrowth to the robust presence of apex wildlife, from striking vibrant hues to subtle, muted camouflage. Soft pastels are the ideal medium to honor this extraordinary diversity. Working directly with raw pigments allows me to mirror the rich textures of fur, feather, and hide, as well as the dynamic play of natural light. Superimposing layer upon layer, I explore the secrets of the untamed world, bringing the raw vitality and unique story of each wild animal directly to life on paper.
